Originally, I began as a Realtor selling resale homes. In an effort to understand all areas of the industry I spent three years marketing and selling for the New Home Industry. This has enhanced my abilities for my clients in many ways.
The first being, I know how the builders think react and handle day to day business. What does that mean for my clients? I can provide advice on what the new home marketing incentives should be and whether or not my client is getting the best deal available. Secondly, I am in tune with the builders in the area quality of construction, building practices, loan terms available and warranty information.
The market at this time is a very exciting and volatile, through my years of experience I have dealt with issues such as short sales, pre and post foreclosure proceedings. At the present time many banks and mortgage companies come to me for my expertise in property evaluation. This not only is beneficial to the banks it is beneficial to my clients as well. I am fully abreast of the market at hand and am able to give you the most current information on neighborhoods and what a homes true value is in this market.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.
